It’s known that during the winter we are more likely to gain weight, and then in the spring and summer we will pass time trying to lose those pounds we weight more than we should.
What causes this phenomenon?
There is no logical explanation to properly demonstrate the theory of gaining weight in the winter, but there are some potential causes that can inflict this.
